Music Therapy and COVID-19

Covid-19 has caused stress and anxiety for many people.  It has changed the way we communicate and interact with each other.  It has left people feeling isolated and alone.  While physical health has been on the forefront of everyone’s mind lately, it is important for us all to check in with our mental and emotional health as well.

If you are looking for a creative way to improve or maintain your mental health, then Spread Your Wings Music Therapy’s online music psychotherapy services might be good for you.
