Spread your wings music therapy
MUSIC THERAPY WITH PASSION
I have been making music for as long as I can remember, starting on the piano, and soon after falling in love with the flute and adopting it as my main instrument. After completing a Bachelor of Music at the University of Ottawa, my passion for the healing effect of music led me to a Master of Music Therapy at Wilfrid Laurier University. With the support of many people throughout my master’s degree, my music therapy wings grew.I enter each new therapeutic relationship with excitement and passion, prepared to learn from and about everyone that I meet, certain that everyone has a set of wings just waiting to be dusted off and spread wide.I would be honoured to bear witness as you Spread Your Wings and take flight!

About Psychotherapy
“Psychotherapy occurs when the Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and client enter into a psychotherapeutic relationship where both work together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning. Individuals usually seek psychotherapy when they have thoughts, feelings, moods and behaviours that are adversely affecting their day-to-day lives, relationships and the ability to enjoy life.”
